Our journey starts on (1892). When (Italian) Scipioni Vecchini arrived in Sao-Paulo Brazil.
We have been on the trade since then. The family’s history had strong roots in construction with their father,(1934) Jose Perreira and Jesse Leite, owning and operating his own successful house building company for many years. Quality in service, quality in construction, quality in value.

For the past thirteen years the Company Director, Cezar Aguiar has had the privilege of being involved in some of the most exciting basement projects in the Central London area focusing primarily on the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and the City of Westminster. The right to participate in these projects has been won by remaining true to the basic founding principles of the Legacy– exceptional quality with exceptional value.
